Always select the asset and network inside Cashi first and match it exactly in the sending wallet or exchange.
How long do deposits take?
Cashi says most digital-asset deposits arrive within a few minutes. Solana is typically around one minute; Tron, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Base are usually a few minutes; Ethereum can take a few minutes to around 15 minutes depending on congestion. If a deposit is still missing after 30 minutes, Cashi recommends contacting support with the transaction hash.
Wrong asset or wrong network
Recovery is sometimes possible but never guaranteed. The current Help article says a successful manual recovery can take up to 7 working days and carries a US$10 handling fee; if Cashi cannot recover the funds, that recovery fee is not charged.
Network fees
Blockchain fees are set by the network, not by Cashi. Cashi describes Solana, Tron and Polygon as generally very low cost; BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Base as low cost; and Ethereum as potentially higher during busy periods. Transfers between Cashi users by username do not require a blockchain network and are described as instant and free.
