KYC / ELIGIBILITY

100+ countries, but in-app eligibility is final

Users must be at least 18 (or the local legal minimum), must not be a US person, must complete identity verification and must be in a supported country. KYC normally requires a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Most checks finish within minutes; some can take up to 24 hours.

ASSETS & NETWORKS

Supported USDT and USDC networks

AssetNetworks
USDTEthereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Solana, Tron
USDCEthereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana

Always match the asset and network selected in Cashi with the sending wallet. Wrong-network or unsupported-asset deposits are not guaranteed to be recoverable.

WALLETS

Google Pay documented; Apple Pay sources conflict

Google Pay is clearly documented. Apple Pay has conflicting official signals: Cashi’s website and launch materials describe it as a roadmap/full-launch feature, while the current App Store and Google Play descriptions mention Apple Wallet / Apple Pay. Treat broad Apple Pay availability as unconfirmed until Cashi’s Help Center and in-app flow align. The Public Beta currently centers on a virtual card.

REFERRAL

Current referral rules

Under the current Help Center rules, the referrer earns $5 after the referred user joins with the referral, completes identity verification, gets the card and spends at least $50 with the Cashi card. The referral must be attached before the referred user gets a card.
