3% subscriptions

Current examples include Amazon Prime, Google One, Canva and Uber One. Monthly plans qualify; annual or longer-term plans do not. One regular charge per service per month is eligible. App Store-billed subscriptions are excluded because the underlying service is not identified.

2% online shopping

Official examples include Amazon, Shein, Temu, AliExpress, ASOS, Zara, H&M, Nike, Adidas, eBay, iHerb, IKEA and others. This category is for online purchases, not in-store or tap-to-pay transactions. Cashi documents a $500 monthly eligible-spend cap per listed store, plus a $500 combined monthly cap across other eligible online stores.

1% travel

Airlines and hotels can qualify automatically by merchant category. Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Trip.com are listed examples. Travel cashback is capped at $20 per month, and each booking can qualify on up to $2,000 of spend.

Pending → Spending Credit

Cashback appears as Pending immediately after a purchase and becomes confirmed when the merchant settles the transaction. Confirmed rewards build as Spending Credit. The Help Center says Spending Credit does not expire, but it is for card spending and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
